Denis Pankratov is the CCRC co-Founder &Technical Director. He is a 2002 graduate of the Zaporozhye Institute of Economy and Information Technology with a specialisation in information security. He continues to develop knowledge and skills in the technical aspects of cybercrime prevention. Besides security related issues, his area of interest is Ruby On Rails web developing. He’s a board member of the International Anticybercrime Association in France.
Thierry PIETTE-COUDOL, attorney at law (member of Paris Bar Association) , specialising in virtual documentation and security of electronic transactions. He is a lecturer in law at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications (Paris) and the Centre for Training in Information Security, ANSSI (Paris).
Thierry has taught law in various legal institutions, such as the Ecole Nationale d’ Administration in Libreville (Gabon), University of Annaba (Algeria) and the University of Grenoble II (France).
As a practitioner of law, Thierry led various missions abroad, notably with Ohada, Senegal, Mali and Cameroon on various topics related to information security such as e-government, e-procurement, domain names, digital transactions, e-signature and financial Mediterranean virtual space. Thierry has authored numerous articles on the freedom of information, data exchange and electronic signature.
